For pricing for network versions for more than 10 users, or upgrades from an individual to a network version, or an increase in the number of users of an existing license please contact us for details. (The purchase price of an individual copy will be fully credited if it is later upgraded to a network version). Note that the network version is licensed per seat, it is not the number of concurrent users. For example, if over a period of time 10 different users will connect to the database, then a 10 user license will be required.

License codes will be supplied by e-mail, so please be sure to get your e-mail details correct, and please write clearly. Although we deliver by e-mail we still require a valid postal address, which must be the same address that the credit card is registered to. Please also supply a telephone number where we can contact you in case of any queries (credit card address not valid, e-mail bounces etc.)

Note that if you are a resident of a member state of the EEC you must pay UK VAT at 17.5%. Also note that we do not accept purchase orders for single copies.
